Welcome to Struer Museum

Struer Museum is a cultural history museum in West Jutland. At Struer Museum you can explore our Bang & Olufsen exhibition and see the iconic designs that made the company one of the world's strongest brands. In The Sound Universe-exhibition, the whole family can learn about sound and technique through play, competitions and experiments.

At Struer Museum you can also experience the writer Johannes Buchholtz' house, which is exactly as when Johannes and his wife Olga lived there. A large part of the Danish cultural elite (writers, artists and actors) in the 1920s and 1930s visited the house. We also have a large collection of paintings - the Limfjord and especially the nature around Toftum attracted many well-known painters. A selection of paintings and stories about the Toftum colony is on display at the museum.
